{"id":25,"date":"2016-02-03T14:30:17","date_gmt":"2016-02-03T14:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centroceci.com.ar\/web\/?page_id=25"},"modified":"2024-11-22T16:53:55","modified_gmt":"2024-11-22T16:53:55","slug":"investigaciones-clinicas","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/centroceci.com.ar\/web\/investigaciones-clinicas\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el\u00a0<em>Centro de Estudios en Cardiolog\u00eda Intervencionista<\/em>\u00a0(CECI) somos un grupo independiente de investigadores cl\u00ednicos entrenados para brindar soluciones integrales para la realizaci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n Cl\u00ednica de fase IIIb y IV.<\/p>\n<p>Como\u00a0<strong>Contract Research Organization\u00a0<\/strong>(CRO), en el CECI contamos con una gran experiencia en el campo de la cardiolog\u00eda. Desde hace 25 a\u00f1os venimos capacit\u00e1ndonos y perfeccion\u00e1ndonos para brindar un servicio completo, desde el dise\u00f1o del protocolo, organizaci\u00f3n y coordinanci\u00f3n log\u00edsitica, management, evaluaci\u00f3n de centros, an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edsitico, redacci\u00f3n de manuscritos y presentaci\u00f3n en congresos y revistas arbitriradas. Como un grupo boutique sabemos que nuestra fuerza es mantener la independencia y la veracidad de los datos para lograr un an\u00e1lisis correcto de la informaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica que se desprende de ellos. Para ello trabajamos con pasi\u00f3n y profesionalismo.<\/p>\n<h4># El Fenomeno de early Recoil y el proceso de Reestenosis post balon.<\/p>\n<p>En los a\u00f1os\u00a01993, 1995 se describi\u00f3 por primera vez a un subgrupo de pacientes que se pod\u00eda detectar precozmente\u00a0post angioplastia con balon,POBA, cuales tienen alta posibilidad de hacer reestenosis coronaria temprana debido al fen\u00f3meno de retracci\u00f3n el\u00e1stica de la pared del vaso que se denomin\u00f3\u00a0<em>early recoil.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Estos trabajos observacionales algunos, y randomizados otros se publicaron en el Am J Cardiol 1993 y 1995; Circulation en 1995 y en el JACC 1998.<\/p>\n<p>Fueron referencia obligada durante la d\u00e9cada\u00a0de los 90 y utilizado para justificar el uso del stent met\u00e1lico para prevenir este recoil el\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho uno de estos trabajos publicado en Circulation y realizado por el grupo CECI y el Dr Alfredo Rodriguez en Argentina,\u00a0<em>Coronary stenting decreases restenosis in lesions with early loss in luminal diameter 24 hours after successful PTCA. Circulation 1995;91:1397\u2013402,<\/em>fue una de las referencias usadas por la compa\u00f1\u00eda\u00a0que fabricaba el stent de Gianturco Roubin II, Cook Inc, para lograr que la FDA de USA aprobar\u00e1 que el stent de Gianturco-Roubin sea el primer stent bal\u00f3n- expandible aprobado en USA para su uso cl\u00ednico un a\u00f1o\u00a0antes que el stent de Palmaz-Schatz.<\/p>\n<p>Ac\u00e1 est\u00e1n\u00a0las referencias incluyendo las de Gary Roubin quien fue el inventor del stent Gianturco-Roubin.<\/p>\n<p>#\u00a0Rodr\u0131guez A, Santaera O, Larribau M, Sosa MI, Palacios IF.
